A compact outdoors axe, with nicely textured axe head, carved and engraved (personalized) handle, hand-forged and made from carbon steel using traditional blacksmith methods. The steel is stuck several times, increasing its density and thereby the durability of the axe. Perfect for packing in a rucksack, the axe can also be worn on a belt. It will be a perfect companion in your ventures through the wilds, through the woods of the pacific northwest, or at the cabin to make kindling to warm your hearthside. It has a wooden stump.
It could be also a cute decorative object in your home or handy tool, used for wedding theme "Firefighter wedding". This axe can be used for all sorts of task include throwing, carving, chopping and splitting kindling, and field dressing small game.
It is not sharpened.

Color of the handle: dark brown. The handle can be engraved by the names or other words to make it personal and correspond to a gifting occasion. The cost of both sides engravings of the handle is included into the price. The handle has in two parts red leather stripes.
It will be shipped in the wooden box (made of a used plywood) which you see on the photo. You can use this wooden box as a gift box. The wooden box is also included into the listing price. I can make engraving on the wooden box which is also included into the listing price.

There might be some minor unevenness in the axe head due to hand work.

You will receive it with a blunt blade in order to pass through Ukrainian customs while exporting.
