Project description:

The base post should be 38 3/8” tall (the rise) and if you could please weld a 4” square plate ¼” thick with 4 holes to the bottom of the post my contractor will mount that to the cement stair.  

The run length from the top to the bottom is 85”…post to post - measured from center of top post to the center of where it will position on the end post/ stair.  With an additional length of 10” on the top for the overhang and 12” past the bottom post for the overhang of railing. 

To translate my contractors handwriting: Measurements are center of the 4” post at the top.  Build hand rail with a post at the bottom.  Top hand rail over hang past the post center is 10”.  Bottom over hand is 12” past center of post that you buil

If we weld to the top post that is 4” square and then to your botton post, we should be okay, but I leave that to your expertise.

Color: to be agreed on.
Prefereble colors: the hand rail will be dark brown color with subtle green vine and leaves. 

The price will be 1250 usd incl shippingn cost.

Some other details will be checked after placing the order.
The hand rail will consist of several parts (to fit the shipping company requirements).
